1. Who collects the data

pordee.net is operated by Puchong Chuenchom as Data Controller. Contact: ceo@pordee.net.

2. What we collect

• Information you submit directly — name, email, phone, project details — via email, chat, or contact form.
• Basic technical metadata — IP address, browser, request patterns — collected via Cloudflare logs.
• Material that appears in documents and projects you ask pordee.net to work on.

3. What we use it for

• Reaching back, sending proposals, and delivering on signed engagements.
• Improving the website and quality of service.
• Meeting legal and tax obligations.

4. AI & customer data

AI processing of customer data runs primarily on on-prem hardware (Ollama / Hermes 3 / Llama 3 / Typhoon). Customer data is not sent to third-party LLMs except where necessary and with prior written consent.

When the Claude API (Anthropic) is used for specific tasks, we follow Anthropic's Commercial Terms — submitted data is not used to train models.

5. Retention & security

• Data is kept only as long as necessary or as the law requires.
• Transport is encrypted (TLS); access is least-privilege.
• Backups are stored encrypted on on-prem hardware.

6. Your rights under PDPA

• Right to access and obtain a copy of your data.
• Right to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure.
• Right to restrict or object to processing.
• Right to data portability.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time — the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are emailed to active customers.
